PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizer succeedingly usable while preventing the penetration of moisture condensate in the Peltier element of a heat exchange part without forcing the labor of water supply upon a user. SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizer is constituted of a water feed part 11 for feeding water by a capillary phenomenon, a heat exchange part 4 for supplying moisture condensate, which is formed by cooling air on an endothermic surface 8, to the water feed part 11, an applying electrode 21 for applying voltage to the water fed by the water feed part 11 and a high voltage applying part 14 for applying high voltage to the applying electrode 21, and a hydrophobic heat conductive part is interposed between the Peltier element 5, which forms the heat exchange part 4, and an endothermic plate 6.
