PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection apparatus or the like which prevents a target from being stained by preventing accumulation of a liquid or the like in a restoration suppressing section for suppressing a rapid restoration of a wiper. SOLUTION: The liquid injection apparatus 100 comprises: a liquid injection head 110 provided with a nozzle forming section 111 having nozzles for discharging a liquid to a target 200; the wiper 140 to sweep away the nozzle forming section by abutting on the nozzle forming section and deforming; and the restoration suppressing section 150 for suppressing the restoration of the wiper while it is arranged in the vicinity of the nozzle forming section. The liquid injection apparatus 100 is constituted such that the wiper sweeps away the nozzle forming section, and also sweeps away the restoration suppressing section after it reaches the restoration suppressing section.
