PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping lining process which produces no futility of coatings and conducts the coating operation efficiently because the tip opening part of the lining cross pipe reaches a predetermined site of the piping net sufficiently. SOLUTION: In applying the coating, the size of extensible length of the lining cross piping 10 is predetermined to the size (L1+S1) of length of the piping network 6 so that the tip opening part 10A of the lining cross piping 10 reaches the predetermined site (damaged part 6s, broken part 6t, closed part) of the piping network 6 sufficiently. Therefore, the tip opening part 10A of the lining cross piping 10 can cover and repair the predetermined site of the piping network 6 when the coating finishes, thereby producing no futility of the coating, so that the application operation is efficiently performed to enhance the operability.
