The device has a circulating framework (3) having two parts, one of which is fastenable at a carrying structure and which can be firmly added together to a framework (3). An elastomer body unit (27) is provided having an axial passage (37, 39) for the admission of the elongated construction unit. The framework is surrounded in a radial direction and takes up each part of an elastomer part (23, 25). The passage is limited in the process of its entire axial direction to the condition of the two parts added together by both elastomer parts.
