QUICK DISCRIMINATION KIT OF ANGELICA FURCIJUGA BY METHOD FOR ANALYZING DNA POLYMORPHISM, AND QUICK METHOD FOR DISCRIMINATING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick discriminating kit for quickly detecting Angelica furcijuga having a high utilizable value by a simple method. SOLUTION: This method for discriminating the Angelica furcijuga is provided by comparing DNA polymorphism by using a PCR method on the DNAs of the Angelicas, specifying the peculiar DNA of the Angelica furcijuga, directly amplifying a DNA marker from a sample DNA by using a primer obtained by designing the primer for amplifying the specified DNA marker, and identifying the Angelica furcijuga by the presence or absence of a specific band obtained by the electrophoresis of the amplified product. The discriminating kit for the Angelica furcijuga is constituted with the designed primer for amplifying the DNA marker and a PCR reagent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
