A skate board having a handle part is provided to add a power of an arm to a power of a foot for driving, and to enable a user to lift the skate board up easily in jumping by forming the handle part on the board. The skate board having a handle part includes: a front board(6) and a rear board(17); a connection element for fixing the front and rear boards to be mutually spaced; at least one directional caster installed on the bottom of at least one board among the two boards; a connection body(10) installed on the connection element and performing a twist, a pivot, or a bending function; and handle parts(9,23) mounted on a certain position of the boards for enabling a user to transfer a power of one's arm additionally and to lift the skate board up easily in jumping.
