PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the specific inductive capacity of a dielectric layer to be easily set. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an electric device has the dielectric layer 54 interposed between a first electrode 52 and a second electrode 56, and comprises a process of applying droplets containing insulating material and another droplets containing dielectric material separately on the first electrode 52 so as to form the dielectric layer 54 by scattering the dielectric material on the insulating layer 53.
