The instrument for filling a tooth cavity, with a dental filling mass with a synthetic resin base such as Tetric (RTM), has ultrasonics acting on the delivery jet (12) while the cavity is being filled. The filling mass is held in a container (9), to be forced through a jet (12) into the tooth cavity. An ultrasonic unit oscillates the jet (12) while the cavity is filled. |
