A vacuum drying apparatus is provided to vacuum-dry formed articles for a predetermined period of time by continuously receiving the formed articles washed by a washing liquid. A vacuum drying apparatus includes a drying chamber(111), a solvent storage tank(122), and a vacuum evaporator(121). The drying chamber accommodates formed articles to perform a drying work. The solvent storage tank condenses the vapor introduced into the drying chamber and stores the condensed vapor. The vacuum evaporator collects the condensed liquid stored in the solvent storage tank to evaporate the condensed liquid and supply the steam to the drying chamber. One end of the drying chamber is connected to the vacuum evaporator and is connected to an end of a steam line.
