PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create surrounding environment rich in negative ions. SOLUTION: In this method of improving the surrounding environment by coating an indoor wall surface with paint containing charcoal powder or using a molding coated with the paint containing charcoal powder, an indoor floor face is formed of an insulator, and the wall surface or the molding is connected to at least one of an earth electrode buried underground and a generator to create the surrounding environment rich in negative ions.
