PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a total driving device having a wave gear. SOLUTION: This wave gear-shaped motor includes a wave gear portion composed of a circular spline, a flexible spline, and a wave generator, and a motor portion having a rotor formed at the wave generator and a stator fixed at the circular spline and rotating the rotor. With this constitution, the wave generator is used as the rotor of the motor, and the wave gear itself can be used as the motor by forming the stator of the motor around the rotor, therefore, an additional motor is not required to be attached onto the wave gear, thus reducing the size of the total drive device.
