摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery lamination body formed by laminating unit batteries having high reliability on over charge protection at charging, and a battery pack using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The battery lamination body or the battery pack is formed by serially connecting a plurality of unit batteries composed of non-aqueous electrolyte battery laminated with faces having large area facing each other. A thermal fuse is arranged at center part of the battery lamination body. A terminal of the thermal fuse at one side is connected either to a cathode electrode or an anode terminal of the battery lamination body, and a terminal at the other side is connected to a terminal for charging supplying charge current at charging, and a discharge terminal taking out discharge current at discharge is connected to the terminal at one side of the battery lamination body. The terminal at the other side of the battery lamination body connects the battery lamination body as a common terminal at charging/discharging or a plurality of those battery lamination bodies serially or in parallel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
