<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for concretely measuring and evaluating an execution state for evaluation of the quality of a process, because a business process is not only decided by its mechanism but is mostly decided by to what extent each project devotedly executes the mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: For evaluation of the quality of the business process, it is important to minutely and appropriately reflect the quality of a mechanism for prescribing the process and the execution state thereof on the evaluation. The present invention provides a method for measuring and evaluating the execution state, and a quality manager can measure the execution of the project by a simple method without spending time and effort to evaluate the quality of the business process.
