PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material which is excellent in environmental safety and abrasion-resistance. SOLUTION: An ink layer 3 comprising an aqueous resin is provided on a base material 2. Then, a top coat layer 7 comprising a non-solvent type activated energy curable resin is provided on the ink layer 3 for this decorative material 1. The ink layer 3 has at least a picture layer 5 and a primer layer 6. In this case, the tensile elasticity of a binder component which constitutes the primer layer 6 is set to be 340 MPa or lower.
