<p>[PROBLEMS] A pants-type disposable diaper cover, in which an absorptive pad is easily installed and which can firmly hold the installed pad without causing positional displacement. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The pants-type disposable diaper cover (20) has an elastic stretchable member placed between two nonwoven fabric sheets (20A, 20B) and also has waist opening (30) and a left and right pair of leg openings (29). A pad fixing sheet (31) is placed in a diaper cover region corresponding to the portion where the absorptive pad (10) is installed, and the front and rear ends of the sheet (31) are fixed to the diaper cover region to allow installation of the absorbent pad on the sheet (31). The diaper cover (20) has elastic stretchable waist members (24 ...) and also has curved elastic stretchable members (26 ..., 28 ...). The elastic stretchable waist members (24 ...) are arranged at least about the waist opening. The elastic stretchable members (26 ..., 28 ...) are laid along routes that extend from the sides to the crotch side in the front body (F) and the back body (B), run on the crotch portion to go across the portion where the absorptive pad (10) is installed, and then extend from the crotch portion to the sides.</p> |
