PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope-preparing sheet capable of easily preparing an envelope with an information printout inside and easily preparing a copy of the information printout inside. SOLUTION: The envelope-preparing sheet 50 enables the acquisition of an envelope for distributing to an individual and a copy for a company's use at the same time by printing on the sheet for printing and by a simple operation as to peel off part of the sheet for printing from a base sheet and fold over the remaining sheet. Further, as a third micro-perforation 75 is formed on the base sheet, it is possible to separate part of the base sheet along the third micro-perforation 75 after the envelope is opened.
