PRODUCTION OF TIRE FOR FORMING CARCASS REINFORCING MATERIAL OUT OF ONE CORD ON CORE AND MACHINE THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To provide a tire producing method and machine for forming a carcass reinforcing material on a core mold from one cord. CONSTITUTION: A cord 4 forming a carcass reinforcing material is wound around a rigid core mold 1 by using the eyelet 33 fixed to the chain 30 mounted on the pulleys 31 surrounding the core mold 1 to form a mutually adjacent bow- shaped part group on the core mold 1. The eyelet 33 is reciprocally moved around the core mold 1 and to successively form one bow-shaped parts in a mutually arranged state in its forward and return passages. By this constitution, the reinforcing material comprising the arbitrary number of reinforcing cords can be produced. A tire producing machine is simple in its mechanism and light in wt. and can cover tires of a wide range of kinds and is also simple in the adjusting work to a tire to be produced of an arbitrary kind.
