PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device suppressing energy consumption, and capable of efficiently and quickly cooling an object to be cooled. SOLUTION: A quick freezer 1 has a blowhole 12b and an intake hole 12c formed by a blow nozzle 12d and an intake nozzle 12e. The blowhole 12b and the intake hole 12c are arranged in an upper neighborhood of food 2. By this, cold air blown out from the blowhole 12b hits the food 2 directly, and the cold air hitting the food 2 can be immediately sucked in from the intake hole 12c without spreading. By this, the food 2 can be positively cooled without cooling a whole of a freezing chamber 10c interior.
