A bill drawing device of a cash transaction machine is provided to stack paper media on a stack part in order by instantaneously stopping the paper media through an elastic side wall formed at one side of the stack part and hitting the paper media toward the upper side of the stack part by a sheet roller. In a bill drawing device of a cash transaction machine having a transfer unit(110) for delivering paper media, a stack part(120) is positioned in the end of a transfer path of the transfer unit to store the transferred paper media. An elastic side wall(130) is formed adjacently to the stack part to face an outlet of the transfer unit. A lower part of the elastic side wall is fixed and a free end(132) moves. The elastic side wall bumps against one edge of the paper medium discharged from the transfer unit to instantaneously stop the paper medium. Sheet rollers(140) are rotatably installed at the position adjacent to the outlet of the transfer unit and arranged radially. The sheet roller hits the upside of the paper medium in an instantaneous stopped state to shake off the paper medium to the upside of the stack part.
