A bulk-injection apparatus and a manufacturing method by bulk-injection are provided to improve productivity by shortening the time for cleaning of a mixing head after injection. A bulk-injection apparatus includes a mixing head(200) connected to a material storage unit; a nozzle mounted on the mixing head so as to inject a material into a mold(500); a mold conveyor(700) for transferring the mold below the nozzle; a pneumatic unit(300) for transferring the mold to a drying unit(400); and a mold mounting board(21) extended in a work line direction. The material is injected into five groups of molds which sequentially pass underneath the nozzle.
