A phase-modulated signal processing method in a receiver and a phase-modulated signal processing device are provided to ensure a high-quality reception state for a narrowband phase-modulated signal even though strong narrowband noisy signals exceeding a dynamic range of the receiver are mixed. An input signal processing system(10) is connected to an output port of an LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)(103), and consists of 2 channels(4,5) for processing an amplified input signal. The first channel(4) processes the instantaneous current value of the amplified input signal, and extracts available signals which include distortions caused by amplitude-phase shift from the amplified input signal. The second channel(5) generates a signal in proportion to current power of an amplified input RF(Radio Frequency) signal.
