A duct type air conditioner is provided to reduce the length of a discharge duct in one direction and improve the efficiency of installation by discharging conditioned air through both sides of a main body which are facing each other. A main body is formed in a box shape, having first and second sides(2,3) arranged oppositely to each other, and third and fourth sides(4,5) arranged oppositely to each other. A defining member(10) is arranged inside the main body for defining the inside of the main body into first and second spaces(11,12). First and second air discharge ports(6,7) are formed at the first and second sides of the main body. First and second air suction ports(8,9) are formed at the third and fourth sides of the main body. Filters are installed at the first and second air suction ports for filtering dust and impurities. |
