LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING MOLD FRAME

An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) including a mold frame is provided to minimize the light leakage phenomenon generated between a both-sided tape and the inner wall of the mold frame. A mold frame(340) of an LCD includes a seating member(340b) for seating an LCD panel. A guide groove(340a) receives a portion of an optical sheet and is separately formed with a predetermined distanced from the outer edge of the seating member. A light leak prevention member(341) is formed between the outer edge of the seating member and the guide groove. The seating member and the light leak prevention member are formed at the same plane. A guide member corresponding to the size and shape of the guide groove is included into a portion of the optical sheet. A bidirectional tape is interposed between the LCD panel and the seating member and covers the light leak prevention member.
