<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller, a semiconductor integrated circuit device, and a supply control system capable of correctly grasping a voltage caused by voltage drop in an integrated circuit to properly compensate the voltage, by ignoring the voltage at one position out of a plurality of positions in the integrated circuit. <P>SOLUTION: An excluding section 40 is controlled by a control signal SB received from a control section 10, and determines whether to output voltage signals SA1, SA2, SA3, SA4 at their positions by each circuit block 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d based on the control signal to a selection section 50 or to output a signal showing voltage VMAX to the section 50. In this case, it does not output a voltage signal at its position relative to a non-operative circuit block, but outputs the voltage VMAX to the section 50 instead. With this action, the excluding section may not supply a high feed voltage by the judgement that voltage drop occurs in the non-operative circuit block accordingly, and as a result, a fault may not occur in other circuit blocks by an excessively high feed voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
