PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified mist sauna capable of being easily set in a bathroom at home, etc., and allowing a user to obtain a sufficient sauna effect with a small quantity of mist. SOLUTION: The simplified mist sauna 1 is to be disposed in a bathroom, etc., and mist is sprayed from a mist sprayer 3. The mist sprayer 3 is disposed on a ceiling body 2 supported above a support body 7. A heat-insulating surrounding wall 4 is detachably hung along the periphery of the ceiling body 2 via fasteners. A heat-insulating material is integrally connected between front and rear water-proof clothes of the heat-insulating surrounding wall 4, and the fasteners 4d are disposed at the left and right ends of the front of the heat-insulating surrounding wall 4, so that the heat-insulating surrounding wall 4 can be opened/closed.
