PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk driver capable of improving head positioning precision. SOLUTION: The disk driver has a guide wall 100 which is provided nearby arc parts of outer circumferences of disks 6a and 6b that some part of a carriage arm 13 rotating by a carriage driving mechanism overlaps, and has a guide part disturbing insertion of neither the rotating carriage arm 13 nor a head part and formed in an arc shape concentric with the arm of the disk outer circumferences and having a diameter larger than the arcs of the outer circumferences of the disks 6a and 6b, and constitutes a portion of an internal wall 3a of a case 2 to cover the outer circumferences of the disks 6a and 6b. Consequently, the guide part of the guide wall 100 guides a flow by disk rotation nearby the insertion place of the carriage arm 13 and then vibrations of the carriage arm 13 can be suppressed by stopping a flow crossing the carriage arm 13, so the head positioning precision can be improved.
