<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a holding fixture having a rubber elastic member capable of adhering and holding a plurality of miniature electronic components with the components vertically erected or suspended. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the adhesive holding fixture is characterized in that an adhesive compound containing a silicone raw rubber (a), an adhesive force improving agent (c) and a silica-based filler (e) which are applied on a substrate is primarily vulcanized in conditions of 100-150°C and 5-20 minutes, and further secondarily vulcanized in conditions of 170-220°C and 2-10 hours, thereby forming a rubber elastic member on the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
