<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC_LED system in single chip, having three metal contacts, that can be driven by a three-phase voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of AC_LED units are coupled and disposed on the single chip to form an AC_LED system in single chip having three metal contacts that is driven by three-phase voltage.
