Even if the outer container (10) vibrates in dewatering and other opportunities, the vibration is absorbed by extension/contraction and bending of the connection tube (24a), and the water seal trap (50) does not greatly vibrate. As a result, sufficient sealing is made by water pooled in the water seal trap (50) at the time of water supply in final rinsing, and a flow of water vapor from the outer container (10) to the water pouring opening (23) is prevented to prevent water vapor leakage.
