A complex image forming device having a wireless network function and an image data processing method thereof are provided to display and print image data at once by receiving the image data stored in wireless network terminals such as a digital camera, a digital camcorder, a mobile phone, and a DVD(Digital Versatile Disk) player connected through the wireless network. A wireless network interface(100) determines connection of each authenticated wireless network terminal(20). An internal memory(200) stores the image data received from the authenticated wireless network terminals. A central controller(300) transmits a control signal request the image data to the connected wireless network terminals if the connection of the wireless network terminals is confirmed. A data processor(400) stores the image data received from the connected wireless network terminals to the internal memory, and displays or prints all image data stored in the internal memory. The data processor removes all image data stored in the internal memory if the connection is terminated.
