<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a printed matter from being left in a paper discharge tray by an unknown printer a user's failing to take printed matters or their incorrect printing. <P>SOLUTION: A printing controller has the function of creating paper discharge information for every job from the information on a print job which the user has transmitted, the function for the user to delete the paper discharge information for every job from the operation panel of the printing controller, and the function of transmitting e-mail to inform the user of failing to take for the printed matter when the paper discharge information is not deleted within a fixed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
