PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment base material for treating the waste of organic substances which reduces the treatment cost of an organic substance extremely and utilizes the waste effectively and which overcomes the present status by using the waste treatment base material that tremendous cost is required year by year in the treatment of organic substances. SOLUTION: The treatment capability of the organic substance is increased and the recycling can be made by conducting the agitation treatment of natural zeolite or Crustacea of a fine particle in the treatment machine using aerobic Baccillus bacteria strain as a treatment base material. The compost in which the treatment has been finished is available as forages of a domestic animal and reusable as a soil conditioner of a field or rice field. In addition, it is most suitable in water purification of river and sea side and in purification of sludge.
