POUCH CONTAINER WITH SPOUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch container with a spout in which a tab of an inner seal does not adhere by fusion on the periphery of the mouth of the spout even if the retort sterilization of the container is performed in a state that the tab of the inner seal is folded between the mouth of the spout and a screw cap.

SOLUTION: The container is provided with a bag-like container body 10, the spout 20 which is attached to the container body 10 so as to project the tubular mouth 22, the rectangular inner seal 40 closing the opening end of the mouth 22 by sealing it by heat on the opening end in a peelable state and the screw cap 30 which is attached to the mouth 22 attachably and detachably, wherein a round shape recess 22a with 5 mm in diameter and 0.5 mm in depth is formed on the periphery of the mouth 22 of the spout 20 corresponding to each corner which becomes the tab of the inner seal 40.
