PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission system for a hybrid vehicle, which prevents damage of a planetary gear set and reduces noise and vibration when the power transmission system is driven. SOLUTION: The power transmission system for the hybrid vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a first shaft and a second shaft arranged in parallel to each other; a simple planetary gear set installed on the first shaft; a sprocket for receiving power from the simple planetary gear set; a power transmission member simultaneously connected to the sprocket and the second shaft so as to transmit the power from the sprocket to the second shaft; and a bearing for supporting the sprocket such that the sprocket is not moved in a direction of the planetary gear set.
