PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet coating apparatus and an inkjet coating method by which the drying time of ink and a solvent is made uniform with the improved usability of the ink to prevent the occurrence of uneven drying and the coating time is shortened to make the apparatus small-sized. SOLUTION: The inkjet coating apparatus is provided with a plurality of ink discharge nozzles 37 arranged on a nozzle surface 36 to apply the ink, a plurality of solvent discharge nozzles 38 arranged on an area of the nozzle surface 36 to be separated from that of ink discharge nozzles 37 and applied with a solvent, an ink discharge means 32a for discharging the ink from the ink discharge nozzles 37 and a solvent discharge means 32b for discharging the solvent from the solvent discharge nozzles 38.
