PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material made of a fluororubber, available at a cost lower than perfluororubber (FFKM), resistant to odorization and having excellent steam resistance and chemical resistance. SOLUTION: The fluororubber composition is produced by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a fluororubber at least with 6-14 pts.wt. of a spherical nonporous silica (amorphous silicon dioxide) filler which may have modified surface, 6-14 pts.wt. of fluororesin fine powder filler, 0.1-20 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide-based vulcanizing agent and 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a co-crosslinking agent.
