PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure in which a connector on a floor side and a connector on a seat side can be connected or disconnected smoothly and surely without prizing. SOLUTION: The connection structure of a seat is provided with a guide rail 10 which is placed alongwith a direction of the seat 1 and has an inclined part 11, a connector 9 on the floor side which engages the connector on the seat side movable on the guide rail, a bracket 21 which is placed on the connector on the floor side slidable in a direction of engaging the connector and is held on the floor side, and an engaging part 27 on the floor side which engages the bracket. The lower end of the inclined part 11 continues to a short horizontal part 13 of the guide rail 10, and the upper part of the inclines part continues to a long horizontal part 12 of the guide rail 10.
