A finger cover is provided to prevent the dressing materials of food from sticking to a user's finger and to block the heat of the food from being transferred to the finger. The finger cover is constituted to enable a user to insert his finger between a bottom cover sheet(11,12) and a back cover sheet(13). The bottom cover sheet(11,12) and/or the back cover sheet(13) are made of double layers. Water is injected into the double layers and then the double layers are sealed. The bottom cover sheet(11,12) and the back cover sheet(13) are made of various materials and have various shapes like a rectangle, a thimble, etc. The part of the finger cover that comes into contact with a user's palm is the bottom cover sheet, and the part of the finger cover that comes into contact with a user's nail is the back cover sheet.
