<p>A steering system having a support yoke for supporting a rack bar is provided to absorb vibration and noise occurring between a support yoke and a yoke cylinder by installing an integral elastic body between a support yoke and a coil spring, to reduce the number of components and to make a structure simple. The invention relates to a steering system having a support yoke for supporting a rack bar capable of absorbing vibration occurring between a support yoke and a yoke cylinder, reducing the number of components and simplifying a structure, which includes a yoke assembly composed of a support yoke(150) installed to be slidable to the inside of a yoke cylinder(135) installed on the rear of a rack gear(125) and provided with a semicircular contact part(155) to adhere closely to the rear of a rack bar(130), a coil type spring(145) installed to the rear inside of the support yoke to support the support yoke elastically to the rack bar to be adhered closely and a yoke plug(140) fixed on the front of the yoke cylinder to support the spring, and an integral elastic body(300) installed between the outer circumferential surface of the support yoke and the spring to absorb vibration and noise occurring between the yoke cylinder and the yoke cylinder, and, between the spring and the yoke cylinder.</p> |
