A discharge device containing different kinds of materials is provided to enable a user to drink the content through an inlet unit by separating an upper cap together with a discharge rod from the inlet unit of a body in opening an upper cap. The discharge device(1) containing different kinds of materials, which is bonded or joined in a discharge direction of a bottle, is composed of a body(10) having an assembly-type receiving part(20) formed inside; an opening and closing hole(22) formed at the bottom side of the receiving part; and a discharge rod(40) installed at an upper cap(30) to open and shut the opening and closing hole. The upper cap is separated from an inlet unit(11) of the body together with the discharge rod in opening the upper cap to fall the contents stored in the receiving part into the bottle. The discharge rod is assembled with the upper cap.
