Provided is a polyurethane resin for a hot-melt adhesive, which has an adhesion even at lower temperature while maintaining excellent water-resistance, durability and compatibility. The polyurethane resin for a hot-melt adhesive comprises (a) 50-90 % by weight of a mixture of polyol A having a molecular weight of 500-2,000 and polyol B having a molecular weight of 2,500-4,000; (b) 5-30 % by weight of diisocyanate; and (c) 1-10 % by weight of a chain extender. In the polyurethane resin, the polyol A and the polyol B are mixed in a ratio of 8:2 to 2:8. The polyurethane resin further comprises 10-1,000 ppm of a catalyst. |
