<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an medical image information management system by which the flow out of medical image information including erroneous information can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: Subject information is read out by a reader section 1 from a recording medium 100 in which the subject information on a subject P to be inspected is recorded from an image diagnosing apparatus 101, room entering history data recording the time entering an inspection room where the image diagnosing apparatus 101 is arranged, is made in a room entering history making section 31, and the presence or absence of the erroneous information is determined by comparing the medical image information including the inspection time when inspecting the subject P by the image diagnosing apparatus 101 with the room entering history data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
