PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection tube of an insertion part of an endoscope with which an incorporated matter is arranged easily in a desired state and where the insertion part can be manufactured in a short time. SOLUTION: The endoscope is provided with: the slender insertion part having a distal end hard part, a bending part, the connection tube and a flexible tube from the side of a distal end side to a proximal end side; an operation part provided at the proximal end of the insertion part; and the incorporated matter put through the insertion part and the operation part. The connection tube 90 of the insertion part of the endoscope has a C-shaped cross section and has an opening part 92. At the opening part 92, joining parts 92a and 92b which covers the opening part 92 while the incorporated matter is arranged from the opening part 92 are formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
