PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable floor structure of a sanitary facility room which is composed of an inexpensive material. SOLUTION: This floor structure of the sanitary facility room in which fluid is used comprises: a floor base 3 which bears a load of the sanitary facility room itself and a load put in the room; a waterproof layer 4 which prevents the fluid used in the room from being leaked to the outside via the floor base section 3; and a surface design floor 5 which is placed on the floor base either in a direct manner or via the waterproof layer, and constitutes the design of the floor surface in a state of being exposed in the room.
