PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent effective for actually ameliorating the sneeze and rhiorrhea of human. SOLUTION: The sneeze and rhiorrhea ameliorating agent contains a non-polymer catechins containing (A) non-polymer non-epi-form catechins and (B) non-polymer epi-form catechins in an amount of 0.094-0.5 mass% in total at an (A)/(B) mass ratio of 0.54-9.0.
