TRANSDERMAL AND TRANSMUCOSAL PREPARATIONS

[PROBLEMS] Many preparations for percutaneous/permucosal absorption show insufficient absorption and there is a desire for the development of an additive which promotes the percutaneous/permucosal absorption of various drugs. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A composition in which percutaneous/permucosal absorption is accelerated is provided which comprises given ingredients and hydroxyapatite. The hydroxyapatite has a maximum particle diameter of 1 mum or smaller, preferably 0.1 mum or smaller. The amount of the hydroxyapatite to be mixed with a drug is 0.1-1,000 wt.% based on the drug.
