A heater control knob switch of a vehicle is provided to prevent noise generated due to friction by movements generated by a contact between a rubber and a roller. A heater control knob switch of a vehicle includes a fixing supporting part(10), a supporting rod(20), a roller(30), a gear part(40), and a control switch(50). The fixing supporting part is mounted in front of a base plate(1). Both ends of the supporting rod are connected to the fixing supporting part and the roller respectively. The supporting rod delivers a driving force from the control switch through the roller to the fixing supporting part. The roller is rotatably coupled to another end of the supporting part, rotates by an operation of the control switch, and moves along an upper part of the gear part. The gear part controls blowing directions of cool or hot air by the fixing supporting part. The control switch is connected to the gear part, operates the fixing supporting part and the roller, and guides the blowing directions of the cool or hot air.
