A system and a method for automatically processing special service logistics are provided to automatically classify/generate delivery information with necessary information when a zip code or automatic classification information is not included in a barcode read through an automatic process by obtaining image information of transferred logistics. A reception system(120) classifies and transfers the logistics to a logistics center(110). A reception information matcher(113) classifies reception information of the reception system into delivery and arrival, sorts the reception information in arranged order to provide a special service, and removes/manages the used or expired reception information. An automatic classification/delivery information generator(114) stores the reception information to a database, reads the barcode for automatically processing the logistics, transfers the logistics to a classified partition if the zip code is included, performs automatic classification by reading the zip code from the database if not, and automatically generates delivery information of the logistics contained in the partition with logistics information included by a boxing process.
