A tool port extraction structure of an automatic tool changer is provided to allow for ease of mounting of a drum or separation of a tool port by eliminating a bracket from a magazine frame. A tool port has one surface on which a bearing is arranged such that the bearing contacts a guide of a magazine frame. A tool port extraction air cylinder(18) is horizontally arranged with respect to a drum so as to allow a cam groove(21) having a diagonal groove(20) to reciprocate in a horizontal direction. A cam follower(22) is inserted into the diagonal groove of the cam groove so as to allow a shifter to move in a vertical direction. The diagonal groove of the cam groove has a start point with a horizontal section(24).
