PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the leaked magnetic flux from the end in the direction of the rotation axis of a field magneton. SOLUTION: A magnetic pole face 112a is counterposed to an armature 2, in parallel with a rotation axis Q. The first magnet 112 is arranged in the rotational direction, around the axis of rotation Q. A magnetic pole face 122a is provided on the end side of the magnetic pole face 112a, and it is arranged to face a region surrounded by the magnetic pole face 112a and the armature 2. Since the region concerned is surrounded by the magnetic pole face of the same polarity, at a gap magnetic flux flows roughly vertically between the armature 2 and a field magneton 1, and the magnetic density improves more as compared with the case where the magnetic pole face 122a is not provided.
